I took my leased Rogue in for service. I was attended to quickly by the service writer who was very thorough. Got it back as promised fully serviced. I paid for a transmission flush (where all the fluid is removed and replaced). After reviewing the service document, they only drained the transmission pan and refilled with 5 quarts of fluid in a system removed and replaced). After reviewing the service document, they only drained the transmission pan and refilled with 5 quarts of fluid in a system that holds 11 quarts. The job was only performed at half capacity. Very disappointed in their misleading ways. The staff is very nice, but the company overall is very deceptive. $200 to drain a pan and refill is a rip-off. I requested a refund of half my payment, as they only did half the work. More

Another horrible visit to the service center. It started at check-in where my wife was told there wasn't an issue. They must assume there is a group of people that drop off their vehicle because they are b at check-in where my wife was told there wasn't an issue. I bought this car from Destination Nissan Feb 2021 two weeks into me having the car I started having problems with it Not starting. I called destination and brought the car to them of course they couldn’t weeks into me having the car I started having problems with it Not starting. So fast forward to a year later and it’s happening more frequently I bring the cat in and now they say it’s a brake switch was failing. And now I have to come out of pocket for something that should have been fixed for free bc the issue was obviously happening prior to them selling me the car. I’ll never buy another car from them.
