I really don’t like going to your service department because I never feel like they care or understand what I am trying to tell them what’s wrong with my car. Lucky for me both time my car was serviced because I never feel like they care or understand what I am trying to tell them what’s wrong with my car. Lucky for me both time my car was serviced Chad was the one that took care of it and he is great. I brought my car there but is a Ford so I alway get “well my guys don’t know this car” Chad may not know about ford but let me tell you he went far and beyond to take care of my car. He talk to people made sure everything was cover under my warranty and got my car fixed.. THANK YOU CHAD!! More
