Honesty is Key I purchased a vehicle less than 6 months ago at Destination Nissan. I was treated well, customer service is great at this dealership. But now every ti I purchased a vehicle less than 6 months ago at Destination Nissan. I was treated well, customer service is great at this dealership. But now every time I take my barely Used 2019 Nissan Rogue in for service (oil change), the service department finds something that is wrong with my vehicle, that I must get fixed. I am unsure at this point if they sold me a vehicle in bad condition (and its supposed to be certified pre-owned), or if they are just trying to take advantage of a younger girl. With less than 6 months of owning and purchasing the car (with a low mileage)- they told me I need to replace my brakes. I also had just fixed one item and the next time I went in for service (which was 3 months later), they proceeded to tell me that I needed to fix that same issue. With this being presented, I am now very suspicious in the honesty of this service center. If that is truly the case, they either did not fix it the 1st time, or they clearly are not doing the "27 multi-point inspection" that they say they do and they are just checking off things to be done to get more money during a service appointment..because if they were actually doing the 27 multi-point inspection, they would have seen that the item doesn't need to be replaced- after just replacing 3 months ago. When I confronted the service worker, he said well sometimes they just put stuff- so I can double check that for you. He never doubled checked on that either...Overall this service center is very suspicious and I now feel that I can't trust what my car actually needs and what they are just trying to sell me to make more money. More

pleasant, clean well this was a long service visit. i was there for 3 hours, the place was set up to covid 19 standards. Eric as usual was very friendly and waited on well this was a long service visit. i was there for 3 hours, the place was set up to covid 19 standards. Eric as usual was very friendly and waited on me as soon as i drove in. Eric was wearing a face covering as i was. due to the covid 19 there was usually coffee and refreshments but there were none at this visit. understandable. restroom was clean and also i saw a gentlemen come in and sanitized the place and empty seats while i was there. i felt at ease. my car is running beautifully. as far as price goes, considering i have to pay for a technician it is understandable how expensive it is for their expertise and i appreciate that. one of the reasons why i go to Nisson is because i count on them knowing how to fix their vehicles and how to maintain them and hoping that they get the training they need to keep up with the changes. More
