Service Chad was able to get a recall done for me even though the service center was closing before it should have been completed. However he was still able to get it done since nobody else was connecting to the cloud at that time. He also set the presets on my radio for me which I couldn’t figure out how to do after reading the manual. He also replaced my rear view mirror as it had fallen off about five times in the past few months while I was driving. More

They got paid to do there job. As far as the people working there great. But as far as the product I will NEVER EVER buy another Nissian again if I had to buy another Nissian I woul As far as the people working there great. But as far as the product I will NEVER EVER buy another Nissian again if I had to buy another Nissian I would walk. The only reason I am coming there is to fix the car so I can get ride of this problem I drive everywhere and wait for something else to fly off like the moldings that have been flying off since I bought the car. And in ending I make sure and let everyone I know and who has a Nissian because threw me experience they love taking your money but will do NOTHING to fix a engineered default and that is the main reason I am making sure to let everyone know NEVER to buy a Nissian. More

I had a simple issue that required a simple solution, but no I was quoted a ridiculous amount for parts and labor for something that did not need replacing. Just 2 screws and that would have fixed the issue. Som I was quoted a ridiculous amount for parts and labor for something that did not need replacing.
