I would rate the Service Center as 5 stars, however the length of time to schedule an initial visit, diagnosis, parts ordering and finally having the work done was the longest (30Days) I have ever experien length of time to schedule an initial visit, diagnosis, parts ordering and finally having the work done was the longest (30Days) I have ever experienced. In addition, all of the required work should have been taken care of prior to the sale of the vehicle. The Certified Pre-Owned Inspection Checklist was not at all accurate, which to me is very troubling. More
