Service dept was great! Chad was excellent. Our vans transmission was shot and I thought was beyond the warranty. Chad made the whole process easy. We had a New Transmission Chad was excellent. Chad had every thing covered under warranty. Came to pick up the van on a miserable rainy day. One of the service advisors ran out to pull the van inside so we did not have to get soaking wet. Lia missed appointments, refused to honor previous quotes, and charged me nearly $400 on a $70 service. Destination Nissan is the exact opposite. The customer service representatives are kind. They let you know about on-going benefits and promotions. They clearly explain anticipated service costs and offer a variety of options before performing service. Definitely recommended! More
