Was disappointed that I didn't get a pro-rated service for the order and replacement of my flat tire but the roadside assistance for the spare tire installation was appreciated. Chad was a bit cold about for the order and replacement of my flat tire but the roadside assistance for the spare tire installation was appreciated. Chad was a bit cold about my question of how I was supposed to put the spare tire on and didn't seem to care about my question concerning pro-ration of the flat tire. But maybe his hands were tied by Ziegler policies. Which is a negative rating as far as I am concerned. More
