Recently I had hit a curb with my new 2024 Hyundai Kona, damaging the rear tire and the wheel, in replacing the damaged tire, Zeigler Hyundai of Racine unknowingly installed the incorrect tire. When I came damaging the rear tire and the wheel, in replacing the damaged tire, Zeigler Hyundai of Racine unknowingly installed the incorrect tire. When I came back for the wheel to be repaired, they apologized several times for installing the wrong tire. Rushing to make things right, they installed the correct tire and any extras it needed, free of charge. The wheel was repaired to the point you could never find where it was damaged! Zeigler Hyundai is the best dealer for purchasing and caring for your new or used car. More

They fixed the steering wheel and have it looking brand new. There was a slit in it from what looked like a box cutter (I’m assuming when taking off the tape and packaging vehicles are shipped with), which new. I had to reschedule my appointment two weeks in a row, in which Ziegler was accommodating. They got me a loaner and fixed my wheel, all at no cost to me. I’m grateful they didn’t try to play games or charge me or any funny stuff. It’s been a great experience with Ziegler Hyundai thus far More
