I flew from SC to LA to rainbow luxury imports to purchase a car. I put a 500 deposit for them to hold the car. My salesman I had been working with (Chad) said they could not pick me up from the airp purchase a car. I put a 500 deposit for them to hold the car. My salesman I had been working with (Chad) said they could not pick me up from the airport. So we rented a car to drive 40 mins to be picked up at a local rental car drop off location. The car was filthy. As if it had not been cleaned. My salesmen then (AJ) made excuses saying their detailing guy sucks and he does not know how to clean cars. He then took the car to the back to be cleaned “again”. And it never was cleaned. If the same detailing guy still works there be prepared to go home and detail your car. Then we make it to the finance manager’s office (Don). He was good and seemed to know what he was doing. We asked him if they ever pick anyone up from the airport. He says yes... all the time. We told him that Chad said they could not pick us up. Don could not understand why Chad told us that?! And Don said he would mail me a check to cover our rental car. So I got the car I went to get. It was dirty. The people were nice, but I’m not sure they know what the do or are allowed to do or some of them just lie. They don’t know how to detail cars, but I would not fly across the country to buy another car. But maybe you will have better luck.... More
