I will never return to Rapids Honda. Worst service ever. They charged me 100.00 and told me gas cap was not on tight. My AWD light was on so returned and and was told it was a sensor. They said they would c They charged me 100.00 and told me gas cap was not on tight. My AWD light was on so returned and and was told it was a sensor. They said they would check to see if it was covered by my extended warranty. They got back to me 3 days later and said it was covered by lifetime power train and that I would have to take back to where I bought it to have the work done. So glad because I took it to Richfield/Bloomington Honda and had the best service ever and a correct diagnosis. It was covered by my extended warranty and I even got a rental car at no charge while they did the wok! More
