The customer service team kyle and champ and there associates made buying a vehicle easy and fun the waiting period was long but enjoyable with lots of laughs and smiles helpful and knowledgeable abou associates made buying a vehicle easy and fun the waiting period was long but enjoyable with lots of laughs and smiles helpful and knowledgeable about the specific vehicle I wanted and made the while experience pleasurable plus they got my monthly note down to a reasonable number that I don't feel guilty about my purchase we will be coming back to do it again. Let me start by saying Moises is great, awesome customer service! He needs a raise. Overall experience: Terrible. The other service reps were unprofessional, unreliable, and uncommunicative about the wor service! He needs a raise. Overall experience: Terrible. The other service reps were unprofessional, unreliable, and uncommunicative about the work needed on my vehicle. Furthermore, there was more emphasis placed on calling to purchase my vehicle than communicating an update on the services to my vehicle. The additional services offered (car wash) was a total disappointment and waste of time. My car sat for two days just to replace a screw (pretty much). More

I found Craige to be very professional, while remaining very personable and friendly. He is definitely very knowledgeable and listens to his customers concerns and questions. If I am ever shopping for another new Hyundai, he would be my first call for sure. He makes the process of car buying less stressful and actually enjoyable. Our deal did not happen as my wife was not comfortable buying from the dealership that was more than 70 miles away from home. He and his sales associate (Champ Plummer) fought hard for our business and actually presented the best deal. Unfortunately, the wife gets the final say. Happy wife, happy life! Again, Craige was awesome and I wish him all the success going forward. More
