I brought my truck in because of two senor faults cross traffic and blis fault. They kept the truck all day i came to pick up waited forever just to find out the were still working on it. And i needed a ne traffic and blis fault. They kept the truck all day i came to pick up waited forever just to find out the were still working on it. And i needed a new tailight for almost 800 dollars told them i csnt afford and should be under warranty, they said it is because it was damaged. They said it was still okay lights wise but need to clear faults abd after i asked they said they could give me a rental.Next day I didnt go because I saw on my phone that it sat in the parking lot most of the day until the end of day and said they were having troubles resetting faults. Next day I was told will be done and delivered. Which it didn't i showed up had to wait still trying to clear faults. When I got the truck back it still has faults and some features still don't work but don't want to go back cause I don't have time or money to fix. I think the guy i was working with was named Don? Not much help or quick with updates leaving me hanging. I think the guy Chance? Is his name was very helpful and at least got me updates and apologized for the lack of service from. Chance is great More
