Well, I just wanted my oil and filter changed on my new 26 Maverick Hybrid. The office called me to set up a next day appointment andI showed up a bit early but they took me in. I had talked with Lenand told the truck was ready and inny Franam the day before and he assured me all would be fine-I have always done my own work so I was skeptical. Lenny assured me all would work out. Dropped the truck off and immediately went to the coffee room, made some calls and had a pastry or two. Shortly I was called in and told I could leave! I left knowing I felt all was fine and wil be more comfortable next time! Great job! Pretty good coffee too!! Nate, thanks for setting asking the appointment lady to call me!
