I was warned about this dealership before i purchased from here but decided to try and go here anyways. Chancy was excellent and had an answer to any question i threw at him. The rest of my experience is from here but decided to try and go here anyways. Chancy was excellent and had an answer to any question i threw at him. The rest of my experience is not great though. Everyone who works here that i dealt with besides chancy seemed to have an attitude problem. I would ask a question and get back short agitated answers that looped around my original questions. I knew the banks would give me a crap interest rate so i decided to get approved through my own bank. This worked out perfect but this dealership wouldn’t let me take the vehicle until they had the check. I have used my own financing three times now and never had this issue. Lithia jeep let my coworker take the vehicle without the check because he had signed the promissary note and shown his letter of approval (I did the same and got told to kicks rocks until money is here). After i had the check incame to pickup the vehicle and they “detailed” it like a 9 ywar old who wants money for candy. There are swirl marks through my paint because they used that crappy brush you find at any diy carwash. The windows have streaks because they washed it and half xxx dried it. They offered to detail it again but i denied since they clearly don’t know what detailing means and can’t wash a car without putting scratches in the paint. I am happy with my purchase, glad i had chancy to help me with my decision, but i will never come back to this dealership unless i have to for whatever reason. More

Paperwork was not ready and bank approval was not started as promised. I flew in from Fairbanks and had a 7hr drive ahead of me. It took 2 Additional hours to stand around to wait to sign for the truck. I wa as promised. I flew in from Fairbanks and had a 7hr drive ahead of me. It took 2 Additional hours to stand around to wait to sign for the truck. I was promised this was all taken care of days before showing up. Second the Finance tactic to push you into gap insurance and extended warranty is not done in an nice professional way It felt more like a bully tactic to emotionally make a decision rather an educated desision. When I asked for details about the extended warranty a few days before arriving I was told that they would not show this to me until I got there. I wanted to review the warranty as I had intensions to purchase the warranty. Before purchasing the expensive warranty I wanted to understand it. I needed to know the specifics, example what is not covered as I have heard the factory warranty would not cover certain items. The gentlemen was upset when I questioned him on this information, using his bully tactic to force me to buy something. I will buy my extended warranty just not through this dealership! Overall I thought this dealership was a low end used sales car experience. The salesman Chase did great ! He’s a great guy. Lucky my tires and winter cover where found after I found these items where missing from the truck. I upgraded the tires, the factory tires where not in the bed of the truck when I showed up. They where found in a mechanics bay as he planned to take them home. He removed them from my truck ! I was disappointed to have a stressful first time new truck buying experience. More
