Paperwork was not ready and bank approval was not started as promised. I flew in from Fairbanks and had a 7hr drive ahead of me. Second the Finance tactic to push you into gap insurance and extended warranty is not done in an nice professional way It felt more like a bully tactic to emotionally make a decision rather an educated desision. When I asked for details about the extended warranty a few days before arriving I was told that they would not show this to me until I got there. I wanted to review the warranty as I had intensions to purchase the warranty. Before purchasing the expensive warranty I wanted to understand it. I needed to know the specifics, example what is not covered as I have heard the factory warranty would not cover certain items. The gentlemen was upset when I questioned him on this information, using his bully tactic to force me to buy something. I will buy my extended warranty just not through this dealership! Overall I thought this dealership was a low end used sales car experience. The salesman Chase did great ! He’s a great guy. Lucky my tires and winter cover where found after I found these items where missing from the truck. I upgraded the tires, the factory tires where not in the bed of the truck when I showed up. They where found in a mechanics bay as he planned to take them home. He removed them from my truck ! I was disappointed to have a stressful first time new truck buying experience. More

Fist of all the sales department is amazing and this has nothing to do with them, it’s just the service department. I feel like the service department don’t know what they are doing , my radio head unit was nothing to do with them, it’s just the service department. I feel like the service department don’t know what they are doing , my radio head unit was having problems. They didn’t know what was going on. They never fixed the problem. My vehicle was there fo 8 hours so I decided to just retrieve my car. Also when I first called to asked questions about my new car, Nate, my service advisor was oblivious about everything and telling me the wrong information about my car. I asked him how to break in the engine , he told me I don’t need to, and that I can’t drive my car when it’s rainy outside. Then when I corrected him he just said he doesn’t work with those cars Very often. I just don’t feel comfortable leaving my car in the hands of people that don’t know what’s going on. Anyways after I came to retrieve my car, he said that I will get less apps then before and that it’s my choice if I want to take the car now or just get the rental but if I do get it now I’ll have less applications on the radio. More
