Although our initial engagement with a "new" sales person wasn't so favorable Mike Cook and Dennis Renko personally addressed our concerns to ultimately support a better deal than was originally discussed all in the name of demonstrating customer service excellence. Not only did they communicate well, following up every step of the way, but they even went as far as making sure our little ones were taken care of by providing them a beverage and even a coloring book likely setting the stage for them to be a future customer with one even commenting they had "fun". With their relentless drive to achieve the highest levels of customer service they personally are responsible for closing the sale and securing our future business. More
