Professionalism We met with Charles on 2/28 to buy a used Ford. Even though it was the end of the night and he was extremely busy, Charles never made us feel rushed. We met with Charles on 2/28 to buy a used Ford. Even though it was the end of the night and he was extremely busy, Charles never made us feel rushed. He explained what was happening every step of the way and answered all of our questions. Even though we were buying a used car, Charles had prepared before our arrival and familiarized himself with the features of the vehicle we wanted.
