They directed me to Casey Kia. Shaliyah took me on 3 test drives. I told her I wasn't going to buy a car yet. Whoever gave me the best deal I would buy a car. I went to one other dealership in Newport News and didn't like the cars. I also drove to Richmond to visit 2 car dealerships. Nothing met my fancy. I was going to drive down to North Carolina where my son bought his 2 cars. The manager was extremely nice and treated me like I was family as my son promised. I decided not to go to North Carolina because if I didn't find a car I would have driven to North Carolina for no reason and wasted gas money. The more I thought about it, I decided to go back to Casey Kia and looked at my first choice, a beautiful blue 2016 Hyundai Elantra. It had everything I wanted in a car. Push button starter, back up mirror and hands free talking on the phone. Charles Archer was fabulous and explained all the features on the car after I bought it and also wanted to put my tags on but I left the car at home. Steve was very helpful too. He was not pushy but was friendly and patient. Thank you to Shaliyah, Charles and Steve!!! More

Just what we wanted! I stopped in to Casey Kia only to browse around and look at the Sorento, used models. Charles Archer was very gracious to show me around and listen to my desires of a possible Vehicle purchase. He listened very well and didn’t try to put me in a new vehicle but found the perfect car for our family. Needless to say we found exactly what we wanted in a beautiful Kia certified Pre-owned car. Charles Archer I went to Casey Kia with my 2011 Kia Sorento hoping to trade it in. Pulling into the parking lot I was met by Charles Archer. He was welcoming and wan I went to Casey Kia with my 2011 Kia Sorento hoping to trade it in. Pulling into the parking lot I was met by Charles Archer. He was welcoming and wanted to help me get into a car on my terms which of course was no money down and low payments! He not only got me the deal I needed but got me into a car I didn't realize I wanted. After speaking with me for a short time he suggested a 2015 Kia Soul and he couldn't have been more accurate. It's the perfect car for me and after the test drive I was convinced that it fit my personality and style. Over a month later and I could not be happier.
