Outstanding! Our Durango decided to give up the ghost while on vacation to central PA. Had it towed to Freedom Dodge. Everyone was tired but the support we received from the maintenance shop to the sales staff and the finance office...all made for a great sale and a wonderful vacation recovery as we drove away in our new Jeep Cherokee! Freedom openly admitted that mistakes were made and that they were going to do everything possible to make it right. Ultimately a deal was agreed upon for a very nice Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland on the following day. Mistakes happen in life all the time and no one is perfect. I can appreciate a dealership whose management and ownership owns up to those mistakes and makes good on them. More

Getting it done I came in to the dealership with very little hope as I have been to MANY and have been turned by all. After working with him and Joel Brady for awhile, the 2 of them were able to get me into a vehicle, with very little money down. I could not recommend a better salesman. He's there for the customers!
