A Botched up new car delivery 😰😱😟🥵😡 My experience with Toyota was good. It would have been an excellent experience expect for 2 important parts of the new car buying process. 1. Waiting My experience with Toyota was good. It would have been an excellent experience expect for 2 important parts of the new car buying process. 1. Waiting too many hours in store during the buying process. ( 6 to eight hour for 2 days) 2. Car detailing and delivery was extremely poor.and disrespectful. The car was brought to me dirty. The exterior was full of water and other identified stains and blotches all over the body 😥The hood had scratch marks and needed buffing.😫 The interior was not vacuum . I wanted to cry ! Charles did try to get help. But the damage was already done and what should have been an happy experience had already turned sour. I ended up leaving and coming back. It was a Botched up new car detailing and delivery . I call this very poor customer service. More

RAV4 Semi Annual servhce Dan in the service department always keeps me informed as to how the service is going. In addition to the oil change & tire rotation, I had the fuel Dan in the service department always keeps me informed as to how the service is going. In addition to the oil change & tire rotation, I had the fuel induction done. I really think it improved my gas mileage. Im happy that he suggested I have it done. More

I have always wanted one, now I have finally acquired it. I can only have praise and positive things to say about my entire experience at Andrew Toyota. I was told by a coworker to go to Andrew and see Charles, he’ll take good care of you, and that’s exactly what he did. From the first question to the last, he let me look and test drive with NO pressure whatsoever! The entire staff, from the finance and maintenance department made me feel comfortable and knowledgeable about my purchase. Charles is an excellent salesman, I would I highly recommend him and Andrew Toyota to anyone looking for a car. More
