Friendly, courteous & very helpful to the cutomer's needs When my wife and I went to this dealership to look at some vehicles and to see what my old truck was worth, We were greeted by Charles Bobo.... .He When my wife and I went to this dealership to look at some vehicles and to see what my old truck was worth, We were greeted by Charles Bobo.... .He sat down with us, offered us something to drink, got some information from us and listen to what we were looking for. Charles even asked how much we wanted on our trade and how much we were looking to spend. When everything was said and done - we received a good trade in price - rec'd some nice rebates - and was driving a brand new 2019 Ford F150 pick up home. Charles listened to what we had to say - no pressure tactics - and made a great deal happen. We also had some dealing with James Robinson and he treated us with respect and was very courteous also to our needs...….Thanks Newton Ford.... More
