Had some issues with my truck they got it right in to look at it. While waiting I was wandering around the lot and found a truck that caught my attention. I have given my business to Mr. Bobo, sales rep, for many years. He does an outstanding job in finding what I'm looking for and the price range I'm looking in. I also told him how displeased I was on my last purchase with the finance department submitting my application to several financial institutes and how it caused my credit history to take a hit. This time I made it clear that I was only dealing with Ford Motor Credit and didn't want any other company to receive a request. I'm pleased to say they listened this time. More
