FYI whole trunk lid of this car was repainted with a lot of overspray. Also the battery should have been replaced before I took possession of car as the computer showed it was faulty. I had to travel 3 hours from Long Island to have it replaced. Your customer service is lacking and consider satisfying customer over your bottom line as you have lost a customer and any recommendations that I would give. I have been a BMW client for 21 years and have never had an experience like this. I need to have entire lid repainted and all the overspray corrected. Fortunately money is not an issue with me but unfortunately I can’t say the same about you!
