Stay away from this dealership. They are nice during purchase process but after service they only care about money and not satisfying thier customers. I purchased a CPO with 8000 miles and discovered th purchase process but after service they only care about money and not satisfying thier customers. I purchased a CPO with 8000 miles and discovered there was a shoty paint touch up on rear lid and the manager Jeffery Martinenz was not willing to fix problem correctly as he did not want to lose money on the deal. It turns out that the entire rear trunk lid had been patient with tons of overspray and a 6 inch diameter area where touch up paint was applied wit the small brush that is purchased when one buys BMW touch up. I have been a BMW client for over 20 years and never expierenced such poor and dishonest service. More
