I visited this BMW location early 2020 - Charlie took me out on a test drive. He was very knowledgeable with the car and all it's features. My experience was exceptional with Charlie. Unfortunately, COVID caused me to have to hold off on purchasing a new vehicle. I returned on 01/12/21 and Charlie was there, now a salesman. He took me around and showed me 5 different vehicles I was interested and explained everything I needed to know with each one. It was clear that Charlie genuinely wanted to help me and took his time to do so. I want to thank him again for making this process as seamless as possible.
