We stopped in on Saturday afternoon to take a quick look at the 2019 Z4 on the showroom floor and were greeted by Raquel Russel. In no time and without any pressure, Kevin Prull and his colleagues prepared the car for a test drive and it was perfect. Kevin, a seasoned professional, was a pleasure to deal with and made the buying process easy, which included a solid trade on our jeep. Antonio Carneiro was instrumental in navigating and expediting the financials. Charles, the BMW Genius, was friendly, enthusiastic about the technology features, and extremely patient to explain them, even as the dealership was preparing to close for the day. We highly recommend and will definitely be back! More
