My buying experience at FCI and with Charles was top notch. He was attentive, knowledgeable and personable. Responded quickly to all texts and phone calls. I’ve been buying cars for over 40 years, and Charles is one of the best I’ve ever worked with; he’s knowledgeable, informed, courteous, and extremely thorough. Not only that he was also punctual, and responsive to all my questions. I came down from Maryland and traded another car in during the sale and everything was completely seamless.
