Everyone at Lakeland VW is truly apologetic for the situation you had with your A/C unit in the vehicle. We will always do everything that we can do to help rectify any negative situations that may occur. This particular situation was very unique, as the problem was not conveyed to Lakelands VW until 2 weeks after the purchase. The vehicle was already in another Volkswagen facility service department . The only remedy acceptable to the customer was for Lakeland VW to assume liability for something that was tested during inspection, and confirmed to be working at the time of delivery. It is very unfortunate, however, the CPO warranty is there to protect the consumer from failures such as this. It is the manufacturer's decision to have the $50 deductible, as it was their decision to compensate this customer for this particular failure. We always stand behind our customers and our product. It may be necessary to inspect the car at our facility to remedy any unsatisfactory issues. Sorry for the negative experience.

First of all you tell me what you can do to please me? and rectify this situation? Honestly, I do not think there is anything you can or are willing to do. You called my house and tried to knock my "credit worthiness" and honestly my credit does not tell you anything about who I am. You can see every car I have has always been paid on time and every future car will as well. I fully understand that you are not the one who makes the decision on my interest rates and or payments. It is the lack of information provided to my husband before coming down there that really ticks me off. I do not really care what I signed for because I signed knowing I was going to refiance the car for an extremely lower interest rate and payment and that has been done. I was leaving town on a family emergency the following day and I did not appreciate Charles and his cocky attitude and I do not appreciate you calling me and getting rude with me on my time. You want great customer service you need to work for it. I have been in the customer service industry for over 16 years and nothing about my experience with you dealership has been great EXCEPT Jared Miller.. I will be writing a letter to VW corp to express my opinions on how wonderful of a person and sales man he is. For other circumstances i am your customer you want to fix this.. YOU TELL ME how you want to fix it. I did not hang up on you. I handed the phone back to my husband and he thought we were done and he hung up so that was just a misunderstanding. I do not hang up on people I was just not going to allow you to yell at me on the phone any longer. Part of customer service is being respectful to your customers and as far as I am concerned you finished being respectful right after you introduced yourself. You immediately became defensive and really if you had just listened and apologized that things were not done differently maybe that called would have ended better, but you immediately got nasty with me and that is not making the situation any better. So now I am even more upset with this dealership and what is done is done unless you have some genius way to fix what you have already clustered up.. Honestly at this point I had pretty much let it all go until your phone call.. I was not even aware my husband Had done the survey and I told jared miller he would receive all 10's so I am a little upset the survey was done without that. I am a person of my word and I will write as many letters to VW corp as I have to to make sure they know what an amazing sales person they have working for them in Jared Miller. So you tell me .. whats the plan to fix your cluster? because from what I see you have no intentions of fixing it and do not really care if we are satisfied or not. P.S. totally need to know who to contact to cancel the GAP before the 30 days is up for my full refund since I have it through my credit union now.. thanks
