This place is HORRIBLE. Stephen the sales guy literally pushed us out of the way because his exact words when we stepped out of finance "believe it or not I sold another car Stephen the sales guy literally pushed us out of the way because his exact words when we stepped out of finance "believe it or not I sold another car so I moved you out of the way" he disappeared at that point and never saw him again. Told me the car had android auto and never helped figure that out. I find out later it doesn't. Asked him about the certified warrant and he said the guy would tell us later. Forced a $3,000 advantage package on top of the car price. Just plain horrible. Then Amar the finance guy was nice until I tried contacting him after the sale with no response for over a week. The manager Charles was trying to help me with the issue and he also disappeared and stopped responding. Avoid like the plague and COVID. More
