My wife and I found a vehicle at CDJR of Leesburg, Florida. Do to work scheduling conflict, I had told my wife to go and test drive the vehicle. If she did like the vehicle I would go and talk numbers at a later time. Corey Freeman was the the gentleman / sales representative that introduced himself to my wife when she arrived at the dealer. According to my wife, Corey was professional, polite, and respectful. She even had our children with her and Corey was engaging with them. My wife's characterization of Corey was confirmed by my time spent with him. This dealer has found themselves a professional. Charles Hunter was the sales manager and he worked the numbers. Charles is a man of his word. Whatever he promised it was delivered. So why not 5 stars and only 4 stars: 1) In reference to the elevated platform that sits directly at the main entrance, either move it, dismantle it, or bring it down to eye level with the customer. The last thing a customer wants is every sales manger looking down on them when they walk into a dealership. Shopping for a vehicle, for most people, is intimating and the customer is already guarded. You want to be on the same level as your customer not looking down on them. 2) The managers know how long it takes to get paperwork done for buying a vehicle, transferring tags, registration, etc. Especially when this dealer sells over 300 vehicles a month. Don't tell a customer with children to come to the dealer just to have them sit there and wait. Especially, when that customer told you multiple times of an appointment. Our situation may have been different to do the paperwork being done electronic signature, but be cognizant of the customers time when they are being open and honest about their time. Ryan was our service advisor & did a great job explaining the advised service. I like the mechanics video of service on our car.
