I was going to buy a very nice Pacifica from this dealership. After reviewing the final numbers, I noticed there were extra charges like value pack of $3k. At first they tried to say that it’s part o dealership. After reviewing the final numbers, I noticed there were extra charges like value pack of $3k. At first they tried to say that it’s part of the warranty, then they said it’s the market adjustment price because it’s a nice vehicle and I was willing to drive over 3 hours to buy the car since there are no cars closer to me. After complaining about this fee and telling them that I will write a review to warn others, they completely changed the wording to certified warranty. If you are going to buy a vehicle from this dealership, make sure you know what the extra fees include! They completely lost me as a customer. More
