Helpful and caring salesman. Rob Storz was helpful and caring. He made sure my car was cleaned and had gas prior to pick up, which was helpful to me because I drove an hour to get Rob Storz was helpful and caring. I called him on my way home because I could not remember how to operate one of the technology features he had shown me. He was pleasant and helpful. He even called me again the next day to see if I had any other questions/concerns. Edwin Morales was also helpful. He took time out to answer questions/concerns for me about financing prior to leaving the dealership. I was only unhappy that I had called and left messages for Marc Lopez several times prior to picking up my car, but he never responded from 9:30-3:00. Everyone else was friendly. I enjoyed the cold refreshments available, as well as, the popcorn. More

I was very hesitant and wary as I began the process of looking to buy a used car, as we all know the stereotype reputation of car sales people, but I must say I was more than pleasantly surprised at how well it went. I dealt with Rob Audette, Charles Hunter, and Joanne in the credit dept, and they all went out of their way to make the experience as easy and accommodating as possible. I am VERY happy with my new car, a 2010 Hyundai Sonata, which has everything I wanted and more. And the process went much smoother than I imagined. So I most definitely recommend anyone to visit this dealership when looking for their next vehicle and I hope you have an experience as awesome as mine was. I don't have much car buying experience, but they were very patient and attentive with me. They answered all my questions as well as my Wife's questions over the phone. They did not belittle me for my lack of knowledge, and made me feel I was their #1 priority. Mr Hunter seemed to know what was best for me before I did, and he explained it to me well. I'm very happy with the car and deal I got. I had a very satisfying car buying experience. All the staff were great.
