I was very hesitant and wary as I began the process of looking to buy a used car, as we all know the stereotype reputation of car sales people, but I must say I was more than pleasantly surprised at how well it went. I dealt with Rob Audette, Charles Hunter, and Joanne in the credit dept, and they all went out of their way to make the experience as easy and accommodating as possible. I am VERY happy with my new car, a 2010 Hyundai Sonata, which has everything I wanted and more. And the process went much smoother than I imagined. So I most definitely recommend anyone to visit this dealership when looking for their next vehicle and I hope you have an experience as awesome as mine was. I don't have much car buying experience, but they were very patient and attentive with me. They answered all my questions as well as my Wife's questions over the phone. They did not belittle me for my lack of knowledge, and made me feel I was their #1 priority. Mr Hunter seemed to know what was best for me before I did, and he explained it to me well. I'm very happy with the car and deal I got. I had a very satisfying car buying experience. All the staff were great. Worked hard for the sale Rob was my salesman and he is very friendly and professional. He did meet me in the parking lot but didn't make me feel uncomfortable, you know like a Rob was my salesman and he is very friendly and professional. He did meet me in the parking lot but didn't make me feel uncomfortable, you know like a vulture. After I expressed which vehicle I had traveled to see he let me test drive it without him and upon my return he welcomed me inside to discuss a deal. He didn't use any bully tactics and he was very patient and respectful considering I am a younger women that salesman at the other dealerships I went to decided to act arrogant, inappropriate, or flat out rude. Once we came to terms on numbers he and Charles the sales manager worked for an extended period of time trying to get the deal done without breaking my bank and staying realistic. For this they made the sale! Only negative thing I would say is that this car was advertised online to include several limited additional features that the vehicle in fact did not have and I was a little annoyed that I drive all the way to seriously inquire on a car that I was expecting to have more in it for the price they listed it for but by the end of the deal, they made it worth my while and they took responsibility of that issue. If you are seriously considering purchasing a vehicle, I'd recommend you safe yourself the frustration and headache of going to any dealerships in Ocala or Orlando because they all have a revolving door of cocky salesman that don't know the value of a dollar. Highly recommend this dealership as well as these employees. More
