Been driving that car up until 2013 when I moved to Florida and had the car struck by lighting and due to age and no coverage on car I was told it was too expensive to repair. So I junked it. Been without a car for the past year and now decided to purchase again. Kept seeing ads for Bill Bryan and checked out their web site.. Liked what I saw so I stopped in there one Friday afternoon. I wanted a preowned but in decent condition and a decent price. I got both from this dealer. Todd Wood was my saleman and I found him most professional and quite knowledgeable, He passed on some very helpful hints pretaining to my credit. I would recommend both Todd and the dealership. This being my 1st experience buying a car in Florida, they made it simple and stress free, Keep up the good work Todd! More

New vehicle sales experience Our salesman was Jeff Sussman....he did a great job. We are pleased with our new car. There are some things we have to take it back to get fixed but Our salesman was Jeff Sussman....he did a great job. We are pleased with our new car. Disappointed Roy Smith was our salesperson and he did an excellent job. He quickly reacted to our concerns and made us feel very comfortable dealing with him. The only problem we experienced and the reason for the lower score in overall experience was that we agreed to a final price and when we finalized the documents with the finance person, the final price was not the agreed priced. We didn't argue the increased price as we had another commitment and we were running out of time. So we signed the documents and felted a little disappointed at the end of the process. More
