The best part My experience starting in the sales office (Charles Hunter) through the service dept. (David Carnecchia and staff) has been a pleasure. The best part for me was that there was "no pressure" in either dept. While waiting for service to be performed Charles Hunter takes the time to chat a bit to be sure all is going well. The Service tech. keeps you up to date about the service needed/performed. The waiting area is neat, clean and Marc is great talking to customers while waiting. My rating would be a 10, not 5.
