The best part for me was that there was "no pressure" in either dept. While waiting for service to be performed Charles Hunter takes the time to chat a bit to be sure all is going well. The Service tech. keeps you up to date about the service needed/performed. The waiting area is neat, clean and Marc is great talking to customers while waiting. My rating would be a 10, not 5. Easiest car dealership to work with! I was looking for a family car, and was unsure if I wanted to make the switch to a minivan. I went in on a Monday evening and met Ron Cooper, the friendliest and most professional car salesman I have ever dealt with. He was so kind and honest and was very factual. He never tired to pressure me or find something that wasn't a fit for my family or was out of the price range I had mentioned to him. By Thursday, I was driving away in a beautiful used (but practically new) minivan. I love it, and I HIGHLY recommend at least swinging in this dealership, even if you are just looking. I was surprised by the customer service. It was SO easy to make a purchase at Bill Bryan. Everyone on the floor was great and you could tell that they were supportive of each other. Go in and ask for Ron Cooper, even if you are just looking! He will help you find the right fit! More
