I wrote an initial review after the paper work was finished, but wanted to follow up after approximately 60 days of purchase. Since this was a used vehicle, there are always going to be some minor flaws, but everything I identified on my final inspection was corrected to my satisfaction. This was a first time vehicle for our son, so I needed something that was safe and reliable. My son has driven every day and loves it just as much as the day we left the lot! So, thanks again for the best used car experience that my family has been a part of.... My 14 year old is just dying for us to come back for another visit in a few years! :) See you then! More

Pixie and I had a very pleasant buying experience. Our Van was just 2 1/2 years old ( also bought at this dealership) but we were asked to come and consider trading for a new van. We told Charles what we Van was just 2 1/2 years old ( also bought at this dealership) but we were asked to come and consider trading for a new van. We told Charles what we wanted because we liked the options on our current and we didn't want to loose those and increase our monthly payment for a new van. He was able to find us a model that had our current options plus a few more that were nice. So after some discussion we were able to come to an agreement on a new van while increasing our monthly payment only slightly. It was a long day because the dealership was busy but Charles and Mike made sure we were comfortable during the process and made sure everything was done by the time we left. Charles Hunter is a very capable and perceptive sales person. Charles was able in a short time to identify our needs and wants for what type and style vehicle we would accept as a replacement for the Ch person. So when I told Charles just what I wanted and what I could afford on Saturday 4/6/13 he got everything lined up and approved before I ever set foot in the dealership on 4/9/13 at 8 pm. So in a little over 36 hrs I was in a NEW car and it was all done via the phone and internet. Couldn't be happier. Oh not to mention the car is GREAT!!! More
