My wife and I have known Charles Hunter for about 3 years and even though we did not purchase a vehicle from him in the past, he treated us with the utmost respect and was always friendly. We were in a crash with our 2012 Jeep Liberty in which it was totaled. We came to Bill Bryan to find the car and sales person that works for us. We got more than we could have imagined. Not only did we get a car (Dodge Journey) that has every option we wanted and then some extras too! We have met super people in the process. Our salesman Charles Hunter is so good at helping us with this deal and helping us understand how our issues with the insurance companies should be dealt with helped me reach an agreement to our favor. He then went the extra miles it took to secure the car for us with all the staff that helped us get into our car. We must also say that when our salesman was out he had (Rob Storz) help us with some of the process at that time. Then the finance man (Mike) sorry I didn't remember the last name (brain injury) that had everything ready for us to take delivery of our new to us car. I am sure that I may have missed someone and for that I am sorry. I do know that we have found a dealership that will get repeat business. We had not purchased a vehicle in over eight (8) years and dreaded going through the process again, and also getting into a monthly payment. We had been servicing our Durango at Bill Bryan over the last and dreaded going through the process again, and also getting into a monthly payment. We had been servicing our Durango at Bill Bryan over the last 18 months in Florida, and very pleased with their work. Charles and Mike did absolutely everything possible to get us into a new vehicle that was agreeable to us without having a huge monthly payment, yet satisfying us with a comfortable car. It seemed like we spent a lot of time at the dealership; however, we went from trying to purchase a new vehicle to leasing one, which fit our budget while allowing us the opportunity to get into something new and fully covered with warranties and two-years of maintenance. We were impressed with their knowledge of the vehicles, and ability to answer our questions. Their friendliness and hard work to get us into a new vehicle we could afford was appreciated. Our experience with Charles and Mike was great, and everyone at the dealership was very pleasant and helpful. They did everything they could to make us feel welcome and not overwhelmed. i came in just to drive the jeep i had seen on the internet. I called spoke to Mike and met him when i arrived. He introduced me to his partner and the internet rep i had already spoken with.
