My experience in dealing with Mike Shadlich could not have been any better. I started with Mike and unfortunely he had to leave to attend a funeral. Then I was turned over to Chuck. Mike took me out to look at the Dodge Avenger and I fell in love with it. I was thinking about a Dodge Dart but this car had so much more to offer at such a great price that I was sold on the Avenger. I am so thrilled with the car! You both are totally awesome people to deal with. So friendly and NO PRESSURE! You didn't try to talk me in to something I didn't want. Thank you for that. We recently moved to the area and needed a good Jeep service center for our Commander. While we were waiting for our Jeep to be ready we "window shopped" the parking lot. We were not attacked as sometimes happens when you're looking but eventually were welcomed by Mr Hunter who just wanted to let us know if there was anything he could help us with, just let him know.We inquired about a vehicle that we had previously seen on their website and he went out of his way to figure out what vehicle we were talking about. He found it, and it wasn't what we had in mind but showed us other options. We didn't think it would benefit us to trade in at this time but, ended up leaving with a newer Jeep than we had and for a way LESS payment. Yes, we'll shop there again! We've had it over a year now and still very happy with our purchase :) More

We went looking for a new jeep and was very pleased with the way Charles treated us. Not only was he knowledgeable about the product he did all he could to help us.
