I was on the used car lot of Bill Bryan Chrysler Jeep Dodge looking for a quality, used vehicle. A young gentleman, just by chance, passed by where I was standing. Without knowing who he was, I beckone Dodge looking for a quality, used vehicle. A young gentleman, just by chance, passed by where I was standing. Without knowing who he was, I beckoned to him and asked a question about the vehicle I was looking out. Without hesitation, he stopped, answered my question, and for the next hour or so, worked with me as I searched for a good, gently used, vehicle. I must say, the young man, who turned out to be Charles Hunter, could have not been more accommodating. He is knowledgeable, extremely professional, and as a result of the chance encounter in the parking lot, I bought a vehicle!!!!! I would highly recommend Charles, and Bill Bryan Agency to any of my family or friends looking for a new vehicle. What a pleasant way to end 2012!! More

The buying experience at Bill Bryan was the best that we have had in many years. When we began working with Mike Deere and Charles Hunter they were very interested in what we were looking for in a vehicle a have had in many years. When we began working with Mike Deere and Charles Hunter they were very interested in what we were looking for in a vehicle and how we intended to use it to meet our requirements. They then used their knowledge of their products to guide us to the vehicle that best fit those requirements. And they hit the bullseye. Normally when you are looking for a car the experience isn't always the best. The experience of buyng at Bill Bryan was the complete opposite. We truly felt that we were buying from friends that we could trust during this purchase process and in the future. Charles and Mike were extremely patient in answerng all of our questions, probing to make certain that we had no concerns, answering those that we had, and even providing other information that we had not even thought about. On closing the deal the great experience continued with the Sales Manager (he certainly was not what I used to call "the guy hiding in the back room making all of the decisions"). He was visibily active in the process and we believe interested in working with us as much as possible. The pleasurable experience continued when we finally met with the "finance guy" George who continued to help us with the details and guided us through the final stages. His explanations and guidance during this part of the process added greatly to the vaue of the final deal. We absolutely will be sending friends and relatives to Bill Bryan and highly recommend that they request to work with Charles Hunter and Mike Deere. More

We met Charles for the first time the day we purchased our 2012 Town and Country van. We weren't sure how serious we were about buying, but Charles gave us not only the information about the van and all t our 2012 Town and Country van. Charles spent much time with us and yet never let us feel that we were taking too much of his time. After our purchase, he came out to the van and sat with us to help us understand the new gadgets and technology that we would be living with every day. We would certainly consider recommending Charles and the dealership to others, as well as being back ourselves in a few years to buy again. More
