My Wife & I went into the dealership, looking for a good deal on a new Town & Country mini-van. These two people went above and beyond in their quest to satisfy us. They both showed extreme patience and understanding, AND with a great sense of humor.They bent over backwards for us. It was actually a pleasure to purchase a car through them. When the time comes, that I want another vehicle, I will seek them out. Everyone, including the General Manager, were extremely polite, and it was a pleasurable experience. We had some problems with it but we were always happy with the way Charles and your staff took care of the problems and made us feel like we trusted the work being done at the garage and we have alot of trust in our Salesperson Charles Hunter. He is honest,helpful and just a nice person to work with. We decided to upgrade our van this yr. and Charles was able to find a very nice used but new Dodge Caravan 2012. Someone purchased it in January and then decided they wanted a different style so traded in which was good for us. We needed something that was very dependable and that I could carry my two great danes in for rides. We also needed something that was in our price range, dependable and one that I would like since I do all of the driving now due to my husband's poor health. Bill Bryan Chrysler Jeep Dodge is always pleasant with the staff and the work is always done well and I don't mind the atmosphere while we wait. The have alot of good treats while we wait for our cars to be serviced. I would recommend Charles Hunter to anyone that would want to deal with a very good person that knows his stuff when it comes to cars and customer serevice too. Charles, Joe, and Karen all did a superior job helping me with my purchase.
