A very messy and slow operation. I bought a 2016 F-150 here in April and had a great experience. Sean Gregory (sales), Charles (sales manager), and Michael Allen worked hard to get me a fair deal and make the extended warranty afforda experience. A few months later, the warranty company denied over $10,000 in needed repairs when I took the truck to a Ford dealer. Frustrated, I called Leesburg, and they told me to bring it to them. The General Manager JC, Ronald Delgado, and the service team stepped in, negotiated with the warranty company, and got about $12,000 in repairs covered. On top of that, they did several in free maintenance to fix another issue and provided me with a loaner truck for 1.5 months.
