I found the car I had been wanting at this dealership and was relieved to get a car salesman who was knowledgeable about the car. My car shopping experience started and ended at this dealership. Mike was the first to greet me and had the patience of a saint through the entire process. Charles jumped in a second unplanned visit whi dealership. Mike was the first to greet me and had the patience of a saint through the entire process. Charles jumped in a second unplanned visit while Mike was busy and from there it became the "dream team". I'm not a fan of the car buying experience and I have to say that this was the only time that I have ever felt treated like a person rather than a dollar sign. In fact, at this point I think we might be family considering how much work they both put into finding the perfect car within my budget. I am not an easy shopper, and never once did either of them stop helping me. They were absolutely outstanding the entire time. I couldn't recommend them any more. Oh, and hey a nice cappuccino and a massage chair while waiting doesn't hurt. More
