I needed a car but did not want a car payment. Well, we can't have everything! I found a car, new to me, reasonably priced with a payment I could live with. I found the staff at Bill Bryan to be likewise as helpful and as professional. This is gratifying in this day of lousy and unprofessional customer service at many businesses and service oriented establishments. If you're not a person of "wealth," as many of us are not, you need to be as cautious as you can when making large purchases. The folks at Bill Bryan seem to know that and take that all into consideration when attempting to find the right vehicle to suit your needs. I still am not THRILLED to have a car payment, but that is only once-a-month! Each day I use my "new-to-me" 2008 Chrysler Sebring Convertible, it makes it all worth it. It's a great car for me. And they have a great car for you, too. Just go in and ask for Charles. More

Our first experience at Bill Bryan was extremely pleasant. The air-conditioned showroom, complimentary soft drinks, and a friendly and knowledgeable staff made us feel very comfortable. We are loyal Chrysler product buyers and came into the dealership shopping for an alternative to the 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo which we had owned for almost three years. We chose Bill Bryant becaus dealership shopping for an alternative to the 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo which we had owned for almost three years. We chose Bill Bryant because we had been to the dealership previously to have our Jeep serviced and were very pleased with the service and impressed with the abilities and friendliness and courtesy of the staff. We were mostly fact finding and thinking of buying a used vehicle. We looked at used Chrysler Town and Country and Dodge Grand Caravan mini vans and at the new Dodge Journey. The Journey seemed to fit our needs. John met us out in the lot and took us on a couple of test drives. He is very new at the dealership and did his best to answer every question we came up with. Charles Hunter rounded up the vehicles that best suited our needs and really worked with us to find a package that would work. The two of them converted us from used car buyers to a new Dodge Journey. We were there late in the day and everyone involved stayed around and did what they could to make our experience a very good one. This dealership was recommended to us and we would happily recommend it to others. We would also recommend Charles and John. I would also like to add that I had worked in the engineering part of the automotive industry in Detroit for over 35 years which included many years at American Motors . I was in charge of the dept that engineered the interiors.There where many occasions to interface with many dealerships as we continued to improve designs .As I began interfacing with Charles Hunt and John... I was quite impressed how well they worked with us . My wife and I were quite impressed. They worked hard to answer all our questions and we were very happy with the results. We will recommend the dealer ship to our friends and looked forward to being a long time customer. More

I found the car I had been wanting at this dealership and was relieved to get a car salesman who was knowledgeable about the car.
