We found the vehicle we wanted online and came in person to look at it. I do have to say it was nice that we didn’t feel pushed or overwhelmed throughout the whole process. The first day we came in, I asked about some spots being buffed out and Marcus said they could possibly do it and would look into it for us. When we came back the 2nd day to actually purchase the vehicle, he said that they don’t do buff jobs and wouldn’t be able to do it. It wasn’t a deal breaker so it was fine. After some in depth research and talking with friends in the automotive sales industry, we found out that we got tricked into getting a protection package that is not mandatory to purchase. Although we got a discount on it, it felt very deceptive the way it was tacked on to the pricing. We had an issue with the vehicle steering but was able to bring it back in and they fixed it for us but it was concerning that it wasn’t checked beforehand since it’s supposed to be a certified inventory.
