Alright but the longer I talk to our salesmen the more I lea I find out a week after we buy this car it was "as is" . The warranty I have is the one I purchased. Haley, Wes, Jeremy and Charles were all amazing!! Had SUCH a good experience!!! This is my 3rd car from Hyundai! They have a customer for life!! The worst shopping experience of my adult life. After receiving a phone call from someone at Jenkins identifying himself as Jerremy a sales manager - I decided to go in to shop for a car based on a After receiving a phone call from someone at Jenkins identifying himself as Jerremy a sales manager - I decided to go in to shop for a car based on a pre-approval letter from Capital One Bank. I called Jerremy and told him I would be at the dealership within 30 mins, however, when I arrived at the dealership he was not there and he left no word with any of the sakes people that I was coming. I spoke to a sales person who greeted me, William L (Bill) who offered to help me. Bill was totally distracted for almost the entire time of our interaction - he was on his cell phone all the time he was at his computer. I showed him the car I wanted from the research I did of Jenkins available stock. When I went to pick up the car the next day - he just gave me the key and said he had another customer waiting. When I drive it to the front of the dealership my husband noticed it did not have the tag on. The tags were given to me the night of the purchase and left with the person handling the financing. The registration that was left in the glove compartment of the car showed the same tag that was left in the financing office. The sales man said that he was sure that he had put the plate on the car that morning - he even asked me if I had removed the plates. I called Jerremy the next day and reported what happened because I was concerned that there was a set of plates registered to me out there and I had no proof that they were cancelled. Jerremy said he would call me back and to thus date he has not. More

Last weekend I called your dealership and spoke to a lady I'm sorry I can't remember her name and I told her generally what I was looking for and how Last weekend I called your dealership and spoke to a lady I'm sorry I can't remember her name and I told her generally what I was looking for and how much money that I had and that I had recently retired and lost my husband and didn't have a lot of money to spend but maybe they could help me out. Monday,I believe it was, I got a phone call from Mark Shelley and he asked me some questions and I told him what I was looking for and later that day he texted me back and told me that they didn't have anything except for this one particular car that was in my price range. I did not want a car I had my heart set on a Hyundai Santa Fe. This is what I wanted from the very start. Tuesday I was depressed and disappointed thinking I was hoping for too much. I drove to Orlando and looked at a horror of car and drove home even more upset. Wednesday Morning I get a text and a phone call from Mark telling me that he just took a vehicle in on trade and he was 100% sure this will be my car! Do you believe in Miracles? I do..... I went to see the vehicle and meet Mark, OMG IT WAS A HYUNDAI SANTA FE! Mark Shelley did some fancy footwork and long story short, I am now the proud owner of that Santa Fe! Jenkins Hyundai you have a Gem in Mark Shelley!!! He was beyond helpful, he is a miracle worker!!! Thank you Mark, truly THANK YOU! More
