Pushy salesmen,who feel a title makes you listen I went in for a test drive on the kona and to have my can repaired and ended up being sold a car I can't afford. I am on a fixed income and I owned a 2008 entourage that I was taking in for service. I was told the van was too old to put the kind of money in it to fix it. I spoke to 3 sales people before they got me to buy a used Tucson because they felt the kona was to small because I'm on a walker. Never got to test drive anything. After the papers www signed I went out to put my walker in the trunk and we had to push it in a few ways so the trunk would close. This car is too small for me also I would have notice that if they would have let me test drive it. Also, I have to lower the seat to get in then raise it back to drive or my legs will get stuck. This was the wort experience I have ever had with a dealer and I've had 3 Hyundai. They didn't give me,any perks like the 50 gift card if I had been able to test the kona., I had to ask for a bag to clean out my car no one bother to help me. More

Amazing Service I took my 2015 Sonata in for service. As I drive 180 miles a day to/from work my car had approx 160,000 miles on it. It was driving differently, so I I took my 2015 Sonata in for service. As I drive 180 miles a day to/from work my car had approx 160,000 miles on it. It was driving differently, so I knew something was wrong. I expressed to George my concern about the car breaking down and I may need a new car. This is where Tom enters the picture. Tom talked to me about the benefits of getting a new car sooner rather than later; my car would continue decreasing in value. Tom was extremely patient and ensured I understood my options. He asked what I wanted and worked hard to ensure I left with the car I wanted, with payments I was comfortable with. I never felt lead or pushed. When I was indecisive he gave me space to think and continued to answer all of my questions (more than once). George and the mechanic (I don’t remember his name, but he was great also), explained my car needed a tune up and 2 tires. There was no way to predict how long the car would continue running without needing further repairs. After deciding to purchase a new car I had the pleasure of meeting Charles. Charles explained every step of the financing to me, why I was signing every piece of paper and what every service provided. Charles also answered question regarding refinancing for lower interest rate and when would be a good time. Tom, George and Charles are the reason this is the third car I have purchased from Jenkins Hyundai and why I would definitely recommend them and you. They treated my like family, not just a customer. More

A Great Experience Despite Myself! I not only brought in my 2013 Elantra (as I have done for years) for routine maintenance, I was also intent on buying a 2019 upgrade. I'm afraid I all I not only brought in my 2013 Elantra (as I have done for years) for routine maintenance, I was also intent on buying a 2019 upgrade. I'm afraid I allowed myself to succumb to accepting a 2017 certified pre-owned & knew within less than a day that I should have chosen the 2019 that I had also been shown, Immediately made the "swap" to the 2019 which is even more awesome than my beloved 2013. We have now resolved the financial issues to the satisfaction of both parties and the only reason I nearly rated my experience as 4-star rather than 5-star is based on my own deficiencies rather than how I was treated by Jenkins. I fully expect that Jenkins will be my exclusive service and maintenance provider (as it has been for several years) into the hopefully long distant future. Frankly, at the age of 78, this may be the last purchase of a new car that I make, and I decided that it should be what I want rather than only what I need. Thank you Jenkins!! More
