Jace was very knowledgeable about the car and he worked with us on the price. We hadn’t planned on actually purchasing one that night but we really liked the people at the dealership and we liked the car and the price, so we did. Jace got us all set up with Blue Link and Matt in finance made the whole process pretty painless. We appreciated the follow up call after the sale to see if we were happy so far. The dealership itself was friendly and the two employees I worked with were great. The only issue I had with my who experience was no fault of the Hyundai dealer. I purchased a genesis g70 from them but the I worked with were great. The only issue I had with my who experience was no fault of the Hyundai dealer. I purchased a genesis g70 from them but they keep all the genesis across the street at the genesis dealer. When they went to detail the car and get it ready to go (the genesis dealer also detailed the car even though purchased at their Hyundai dealership across the street) it took them about an hour or so. Which wasn’t too big of a deal I just assumed they were being thorough. So once they bring the car back over to me it looks nice so I opened the trunk to put some belongings back there the plastic panels that protect the undercarriage unbolted and thrown in the trunk. Then I get inside the vehicle and get ready to go and there was cobwebs in the instrument cluster which baffled me yet again. When I asked if they could put these panels on they told me I had to make an appointment for it. Mind you I live 2 hours away from this dealer but luckily enough they had a dealer only 30 minutes away that could get me in the next day. Long story short the Hyundai portion of the Jenkins Hyundai/genesis was amazing but the genesis portion in ocala seems a bit hands off. When I had gone to the genesis closer to me they were wonderful so maybe one bad apple in the bunch it’s just hard to make a full review. More
