I traded a 23 Genesis GV70 for a 21 Genesis GV80. I had owned another 21 GV80, and I really liked it, however, I was encouraged to trade for the smaller vehicle. I didn't like the smaller size and I had owned another 21 GV80, and I really liked it, however, I was encouraged to trade for the smaller vehicle. I didn't like the smaller size and saw the ad in a paper while on vacation in Florida. I drove from the Villages to Ocala to see the certified 21 GV80. I traded my 23 and got money back. I WENT INTO THE FIRM LOOKING FOR A $24K SANTA FE AND WAS PUT IN A $ ABUSE. WHEN ATTEMPTING TO GET SOME ANSEWERS, DAMEN PRITCHARD HUNG UP ON MYSELF. I WENT INTO THE FIRM LOOKING FOR A $24K SANTA FE AND WAS PUT IN A $38K VEHICLE. BROWBEAT INTO SIGNING MY MR AGEE, AFTER FIVE HOURS OF ATTEMPTING TO SELL US, WE FINALLY, MISTAKENLY GAVE IN. WE WENT IN AND TOLD PRITCHARD OUR PERAMATERS WERE 60 MONTH, $450 MONTH, AND WOULD CONTRIBUTE SOME TO MAKE IT HAPPEN.. FOR YOUR RECORDS, I AM 90YEARS OLD AND MY WIFE IS 84. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE. Damien was very customer orientated. I had my choices down to the Rave4 and the SantaFe but my wife had not seen the or ridden the in the Rav4 yet. I spent several weeks looking at all small SUV's on the market hoping to choose one. My search ended when I got to Jenkins Hyundai in Ocala. I was greeted by this very positive young man (Damian Pritchar market hoping to choose one. My search ended when I got to Jenkins Hyundai in Ocala. I was greeted by this very positive young man (Damian Pritchard). After looking with Damian at several of the Hyundai models, he showed me the 2024 KONA and it struck a cord with me. It had all the features I was looking for and Damian did a great job explaining all about the car. That same day I went home and brought the wife back and we purchased the KONA. Very happy with the business aspect of closing the deal and also happy with the finance dept at Jenkins. I would definitly recommend doing business with this dealership. More
