Customer Service from the manager of sales is not good. Called twice b4 he called back and then he was supposed to call me back again with the answer to my question and never did. Poor service. Bettenhausen of Tinley was awesome. We worked with Charles Johnson and this guy went above and beyond for us. We ended up buying 2 cars from him. Charles went above and beyond for my husband and I with our new car. Everything was up front and we were able to see our options with payment. Nothing was hidden and plus side we were able to see a car fa our new car. Everything was up front and we were able to see our options with payment.
