We stopped by with some final hope and then we met Charles Johnson. He immediately greeted us with a smile and quickly made us feel more than comfortable. The dealership did not have the car I wanted, but it didn't end here as it had at other dealerships. Charles promised that he would find my car and quickly took down my information. Throughout a week, Charles kept me in the loop and demonstrated his commitment to his promise. It took him less than a week to find the exact model, color, and features that I wanted. He worked well with my boyfriend and I on our financial requests and made us feel comfortable with every step of the purchase. He even provided me with his personal cell number so I could avoid going through the dealership’s phone directory. As far as my actual purchase, no one else in the area could come close to Bettenhausen’s offer. This includes both for my trade-in value and the sale price for the vehicle I purchased. I consider myself a very “educated” customer and Bettenhausen was right in line with the online resources (KBB, black book).
