I would not hesitate to recommend to my family and friends that see Charles at Bettenhausen to purchase a vehicle. I don't miss my BMW at all. I love my Jeep Wrangler. My husband purchased his Wrangler from Brandon at Bettenhausen a year ago and my intentions were to work with Brandon as well. Unfortunately, Brandon was ill on the day of my visit. I had talked to Brandon a few times when I first became interested in the Wrangler and he was very informative and resourceful. After my deal was finalized, Corey gave me a thorough tutorial on operating my Wrangler from the inside out. He was so pleasant and patient. He even helped me program radio stations. He would make an excellent sales associate. He's the kind of person that makes you feel like you have his complete undivided attention and that his job isn't done until you feel comfortable and all of your questions have been answered. Corey rocks!!! More

Went In to get an oil change while waiting I was approached by Charles and I told him I was considering purchasing but not at the time.
