Our experience at Bettenhausen, was great. All the associates were very friendly. Our salesman was Charles Johnson and we could not ask for a better salesman. We visited the showroom one evening and even though Mr. Johnson was not in, your staff was very courteous and brought the Jeep up so I could test drive and what made this experience even better, they left Mr. Johnson a message telling him that I was in and also informed him of my questions on the Jeep. And yes, Mr. Johnson called me the next day with the answers. My goodness customer service like that is awesome. Mr. Johnson was so professional.
